  Stainless Steel Fabricator/TIG Welder
Stainless steel TIG welders must be able to read blueprints and have a minimum of two years TIG welding experience. Must be able and willing to travel on occasion to install or service equipment. Welding and blueprint reading test will be required at time of interview. Pay scale will be determined by experience.
 
 
 
  Road Crew – Full Time (Traveling) Installation TIG Welder The road crew TIG welder will be spending three weeks in the field, one week at home, installing Fusion Tech products at our customer’s locations. Main plants for installation will be Amarillo, Texas – Sioux City, NE – Waterloo, IA. Per Diem includes hotel rooms + $30 per day for expenses. Pay based on experience.  
       
  Quality Control Inspector (QCI) The Quality Control Inspector (QCI) is responsible for supporting manufacturing through the performance of checking physical dimensions, conductivity, and visual inspections of purchased and fabricated parts and components.
Conduct NDT/NDE inspections and evaluations as certified and required.
• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, shop routers, manufacturing specifications, and quality control documents.
• Create, organize and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Assist operations in the interpretation of manufacturing requirements.
• Perform quality techniques to track, analyze and report on materials, processes and products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company HSE standards and procedures.
• Interact and support a broad spectrum of personnel internal and external to the company. Work effectively and efficiently in both team-based and independent working environments to reduce costs and add value to the organization
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
(Pay based on experience).
 
       
  Designer/Drafter

Prepares Mechanical product drawings, material lists. Provides drafting support, BOM support, and technical assistance to engineers and manufacturing personnel to continuously improve products and services.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, mechanical drawings, and written technical information.
• Ability to take concepts to actual products.
• Ability to create sheet metal flat pattern layouts.
• 3D modeling (using AutoCAD Inventor, Solid Works or similar 3D modeling software).
• 2D nesting of flat pattern parts.
• Good communication skills to discuss and explain technical information with manufacturing employees and engineers.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
• Good mathematical skills required.
• Willingness to commit to regular attendance.
• 4 year degree and/or 2-3 years practical experience required and pay scale based on experience
