  Stainless Steel Fabricator/TIG Welder
Stainless steel TIG welders must be able to read blueprints and have a minimum of two years TIG welding experience. Must be able and willing to travel on occasion to install or service equipment. Welding and blueprint reading test will be required at time of interview. Pay scale will be determined by experience.

Welding Test and Metalworking Skills Assessment are administered on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 9am – noon. If you would like test, please call 309-774-4275 and arrange a testing time.

 
 
 
  Road Crew – Full Time (Traveling) Installation TIG Welder

The road crew TIG welder will be spending three weeks in the field, one week at home, installing Fusion Tech products at our customer’s locations. Main plants for installation will be Amarillo, Texas – Sioux City, NE – Waterloo, IA. Per Diem includes hotel rooms + $30 per day for expenses. Pay based on experience.

  CNC Machinist

Interpret customer prints, setting up and programming machines, part inspection to provide complete machine components to print.

  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, shop routers, manufacturing specifications, and quality control documents
  • Create parts from solid square, rectangular, round stock or blanks to meet customer prints
  • Complete machine set-up
  • CNC programming
  • Load and Unload parts from machines
  • Complete and continuous part inspection
  • De-burring and countersinking of parts produced on specific equipment
  • Operate in a clean and safe environment
  • 100% responsible to produce parts to customer print
    (Pay based on experience)
 
       
  Designer/Drafter

Prepares Mechanical product drawings, material lists. Provides drafting support, BOM support, and technical assistance to engineers and manufacturing personnel to continuously improve products and services.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, mechanical drawings, and written technical information.
• Ability to take concepts to actual products.
• Ability to create sheet metal flat pattern layouts.
• 3D modeling (using AutoCAD Inventor, Solid Works or similar 3D modeling software).
• 2D nesting of flat pattern parts.
• Good communication skills to discuss and explain technical information with manufacturing employees and engineers.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
• Good mathematical skills required.
• Willingness to commit to regular attendance.
• 4 year degree and/or 2-3 years practical experience required and pay scale based on experience
